Deactivate Your Account

You may delete your Willo account data. Because your login used for Willo is your AD SSO login used for many other services, that login itself will not be deleted. Following the instructions below, your data will be deleted from the Willo application. You will still be able to log in to the application in the future, but the data previously associated with your Willo account will be deleted. Data deleted includes your preferred name, your interests used to personalize recommendations, and your account settings. If you opted in to show information from other systems, information shown in Willo but stored in and drawn from other systems (appointment scheduling data) will not be deleted, because that information is housed in the UC San Diego Health Electronic Medical Record and is part of your medical chart and must be retained for legal and medical purposes.

In the mobile app:

Log in, tap Profile in bottom navigation bar, tap gear icon on the top right of the page, tap Delete Account, press Delete Account button.

If you have questions about your AD/SSO login account:

The AD/SSO login account used for Willo is also used for many other systems and is not deactivated by following the instructions above. If you have questions about your AD/SSO account, then visit UC San Diego Accounts and Passwords.
