How do I get the app?

You can download the Willo app from either

How do I log in?

To log into Willo you will sign in with your UC San Diego email and password.

What if I forget my password?

Willo utilizes a single sign on with your UC San Diego email and password . If you have forgotten the password to your UC San Diego Account, you can create a new one using the Password Change Tool - UC San Diego (ucsd.edu).

Why Use Willo?

How is this different from the UC San Diego app?

UC San Diego app assists with providing students needed news, class and campus information. Willo connects you to interest relevant events (branches to tockify); links to student services, and helps with student overall health and well-being.

Do I need to connect to MyChart?

You do not need to connect to MyChart, however, you will not be able to see your MyChart appointments in Willo without doing so.

Is Willo offered in different languages?

At this time Willo is only available in English.

Events

How do I sign up for an event?

While in the app, you can find events on your home page as well as on the resource pages under the “Events” tab. Once you find the event of your choosing click to open the event page and click the “Sign up” button, from there you can register for your desired event.

Tags

Can I change my tags for things that I am interested in?

Once you are logged into the app, select the Profile icon on the bottom navigation bar. Then click the gear icon on the top right of the page for account settings. Select “Preferences”, then choose the category you wish to adjust interest tags.

Feedback

How do I report an error, suggest a correction/update, or submit an idea?

While in the app select the Profile icon on the bottom navigation bar. Then click the gear icon on the top right of the page for account settings. Select “App Support & Feedback”, then click “Leave us your feedback”.
